I'm a well rounded and versatile professional. I have 10+ years of customer service in different levels of leadership. I've been awarded several times in my career for my dedication to clients, knowledge of product, teamwork and initiative. These awards have been across my store level as well as across my district and region as well! I adapt easily and learn fast. In previous titles I've been responsible for handling money, and making trips to the bank as well as doing safe audits and counting registers. I'm proficient with computers and can comfortably compose emails, and answer and direct phone calls. I've participated in numerous seminars, conference calls and online webinars, as well as traveled on several work training trips and conferences. I have taught beauty classes for several years and have trained employees on various topics from product training's to job roles and daily operations. I work well in a team setting but can also function well by myself. Having traveled a lot in my life, I find it easy and enjoyable to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I have put education on hold to purse and develop my career, but would love to continue my pursuit of a BA if time, and future career allow. I make a valuable asset to any team and can't wait to see what the future holds.
