Responsible for Sales and Service Operations management of District 9 in the Mazda Gulf Region. District 9 is composed of 22 dealers covering areas of Central Texas, NE Texas, The Rio Grande Valley, West Texas, Southern Louisiana, Kansas, New Mexico, and Arkansas.Increased new-vehicle retail sales within District 9 of the Mazda Gulf Region by 3.5% in 2018.Increased digital web traffic in District 9 by over 200% over the Prior Year in the 2018 year by consulting with district dealerships and developing strong digital marketing strategies. This increase in digital web traffic resulted in a 78% year-over-year growth in lead form submissions and sales opportunities.Coordinated, developed, and implemented marketing plans with District 9 dealerships. This included the coordination of the marketing, sales, service, and administrative departments within Mazda dealerships to enable streamlined implementation.Managed new product launches with Mazda dealers including the development of product training, marketing plans, sales process implementation, and customer network outreach.

Perform data analysis to support regional sales operations including SQL, SAP Business Objects, Experion, OBIEE, and PowerBI. Coordinate and manage Regional experiential events and sponsorship including auto shows, remote activation, and annual sponsorships with professional sports franchises. Perform supporting activities of the regional marketing team including market research, budget maintenance, contract executions, and payment distributions.
