As Sales Manager at TrouDigital, I am responsible for managing a small team of salesmen. I help generate new leads and nurture our current prospect in our pipeline. I am heavily responsible for carrying out web demos to prospects whilst keeping a high closing rate. I nurture and close both small businesses and global PLC's including working closely with numerous departments of British Airways. Furthermore, I attend business meetings with potential clients, carry out monthly team sales reports and help with support where necessary. I am a strong believer in looking after your customers and in return, they will look after you. Which is why I make sure to check in with my clients at appropriate intervals and build a strong working relationship. The other aspect of my job as Media Manager consists of working closely with our Marketing manager in helping deliver high-quality marketing campaigns, stunning visual graphics and a consistent brand across our online mediums.
