As the CTO for a leading retail energy management company, I led the digital strategy, product management, software platform development, cloud strategy, advanced analytics development, and all technology operations and digital business across multiple geographic locations and business areas. This included the development, commercialization, and scaling of core customer SaaS software and data product offerings developed on the Microsoft Azure PaaS. I drove the scale of Choice’s technology business by delivering new software and analytics products, enhancing technology platform strategy, managing and securing information assets, including oversight of customer service, on-boarding and support.

I joined Tectonic, a Salesforce.com integration partner, via acquisition of Stryve Advisors and directed the Strategic Services Business Unit as well as provided CIO/CTO advisory consulting and strategic insight development. Furthermore, I managed the delivery of technology and business strategies to global customers. I developed digital product strategy services and integrated service offerings that generated new business and cross-selling opportunities. As part of the Executive Leadership Team I participated in setting the company direction and strategy across multiple offices and business lines as well as oversaw client delivery and improved customer interactions.Stryve Advisors (Jan 2010 - Feb 2015)I co-founded the CIO/CTO advisory and strategic insights consulting organization (which was sold to Tectonic in February 2015), and served as the CEO/Managing director for the company. Stryve directed and developed Digital and IT strategies and operating models for several Fortune 500 companies.In my role as CEO/MD, I ran the CIO/CTO advisory and consulting business including service line and service offering development, new business development, staff development, and client delivery.

Co-founded nGenera Corporation, now Moxie Software, a venture-backed software platform organization/startup focused on collaborative enterprise management. As the Executive VP I was responsible for integration of acqustions into our core platform and busines operations. During this time, also managed the P&L of $30 million for the Insight & Research Division, and CIO Advisory Services Division. I oversaw customer delivery, software product development, systems architecture , customer operations and support. Some of my proudest accomplishments include: * Secured over $90 million in venture funding from three Silicon Valley venture capital firms. * Acquired six different organizations in the first 18 months of operations. * Integrated software and services teams from six acquisitions spanning 10 geographies into a single global technology and service organization that increased revenue, product and solution breadth, and our ability to cross-sell customers.

I joined SunGard via acquisition of EnForm Technology in January 2002. I was recruited by SunGard’s executive management to create the global solutions management program, which designed and delivered full technology solutions to SunGard's top FI customers. Global Accounts managed over $600 million in annual revenue with 45 key Financial Services customers. In this role I developed a Global Solutions program directing 14 director-level resources, and representing 300+ financial services software products in a highly matrixed organization across North America and Europe, which resulted in significant progress in solution creation, project delivery and relationships across global accounts. Furthermore I led SunGard's enterprise deployment of Salesforce.com, one of Salesforce's first 1000+ seat implementation. During this engagement, I developed and implemented common account processes for strategic account planning, solution and consultative selling, virtual team management, and overall communication strategy.Enform Technology (Nov 1997 - Dec 2002)I co-founded the information technology consulting company (which was sold to SunGard Data Systems in 2002 and now operates as Capco Energy Solutions). I was the second employee at EnForm and held several different management positions while growing EnForm from a startup to a 200+ employee organization with over $30 million in annual revenue within four years.I assisted both Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial companies with defining and delivering technology plans and software products/platforms to automate their business processes and provide advanced analytics for managing their business.
