I am a graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in Public Administration and a minor in Entrepreneurship. I pride myself in thinking one step ahead and preparing for the unexpected. I am proficient in written and verbal communication and enjoy working with others. In my current position as a financial counselor, these skills are used every day. I must be forward-thinking, goal oriented, and a team player to be successful in this role.I am motivated by progress and results, when I see my efforts paying off, it motivates me to work harder. Business interests me because I enjoy seeing how money flows between different assets and parts of a company. I also like the versatility of business, every company in the world needs someone who understands business. Time management is a natural quality that I possess. College has further strengthened that quality by having to manage multiple classes, being involved in my church, participating in UT extracurriculars and having a job. In the summer of 2023, I began working part time at 21st Mortgage. This role taught me how to navigate the corporate world, have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as working with a team. I believe these skills and experiences will help me in my future career.
