This model is based on these four cornerstones Extraction, Efficiency, Economics and Experience. • Extraction: There are no sacred cows when it comes to extraction technology. I advise my clients to purchase only the most advanced brewing technologies that provide the best extractability for their business. These solutions must meet the minimum criteria for flavor, brewing time, extraction %, food safety, reliability/serviceability, clean finishing and fit.• Efficiency: Solutions I build will meet or exceed food safety protocols worldwide, offer scalable solutions without undo financial burden, be the best fit for the size and scale of operations and always exceed the status quo in efficiency.• Economics: Whether clients are looking to sell or purchase cold brew there are always considerations for sourcing, brewing, packaging, storing and shipping which impact profitability. As the co-Founder, co-inventor and the brand creator and strategist, my partners and I built an answer to this massive pollution problem - the Ekobrew. I was so passionate about the direction we were heading I created the tagline "Love Coffee. Love the Earth." This was and still is the foundation of what Ekobrew is about. The Ekobrew became and remains the market leader as the best reusable K-Cup solution in the world. I continue to be a shareholder after selling the company in 2015. It's sister brand "Brew N Save" uses the same technology and can be found online and in big box stores like Walmart, Kroger, and hidreds of grocers in North America.
