During this period I learnt procedures of ordering parts for critical offshore equipment and sending staff to work offshore in conjunction with project management.Involved in the repair of $1 million sea water lift pump, managing various cost transaction records, scope of works and purchase orders. My responsibilities were to plan and track multiple jobs simultaneously, ensure that the transportation of the ordered parts synced with the regular shipments to the offshore facilities;Monitored all the parts for a glycol skid refurbishment and negotiate with the supply base in Darwin.
