✅Started as Military Police for 1 year and was responsible for training other military members and performed administrative duties.✅In 2006 I changed to Vehicle Management and Analysis and received an Associate Degree in Maintenance Production Management. I was responsible for analytics of military vehicle usage for the entire installation consisting of over 2,000 vehicles. This entailed analyzing all miles driven and fuel consumption for every vehicle and rotating them through other work centers to ensure equal usage. ✅In 2010 I switched jobs to Structures (military vertical construction) where I received an Associate Degree in Construction Technologies. I was responsible for leading teams on construction projects as the project supervisor and led over 90 personnel. During this time I was also the safety supervisor responsible for training over 400 personnel and was OSHA 30-hour certified. I also used this time to become Locksmith certified. ✅In 2016 I reclassed again to Engineering. Here I was responsible for $3.5 billion construction projects in a project manager role. I was also the lead superintendent and supervised over 150 personnel. ✅Finally, I will finish my career at a projected 21 years as a First Sergeant (military human resources manager). I am currently responsible for managing 144 personnel and my duties are focused on health, morale, welfare, awards, and disciplinary actions.
