A small NYC menswear label, where my tasks included:Customer Experience - Responsible for managing the customer service emails and providing a smooth, positive customer experience. I accomplished this by creating genuine connections with customers, while keeping the brand values at the forefront of my communication.Operations - Assisted the operations manager with day-to-day work including maintaining correct inventory and allocating wholesale and DTC orders. Well versed using Apparel Magic and Shopify.Production - Assisted the production manager with the creation of tech packs, CADS, and data entry into PLM system.

This was a unique opportunity of getting first hand experience in how to research and create a brand from the ground up. I was a part of a small professional student/faculty team with the goal of creating an innovative new fashion brand.-Extensive research of market and consumers -Organize research and communicate with team leaders about direction for project -Develop research into tangible results, value proposition, target market, competitive edge, positioning strategy, and marketing mix.-Communicate brand direction with designers and merchandisers.
