• Boiler Brine Tank Replacement - Installed a 12-inch shorter tank to minimize risk from lifting a 50-pound bag of salt into a 5-foot tank that runs softened water to the Boiler. • Corn Oil Loadout Pit Level Indicator - Replaced a Float Level Indicator with a Radar Level Indicator to accurately read foam, water and sludge that could damage loadout scales. • Wastewater Aging Tank Addition – Installed a tank where polymer and water were mixed for 30 minutes to guarantee maximum efficiency for the separation of water and sludge for clean water treatment. Gathered data in Excel using PI Datalink to transfer relevant information from PI ProcessBook, to prove the trial efficiency and effectiveness.• Site PROVOX to DeltaV Conversion – Used PFDs and P&IDs for pre-commissioning and commissioning discrete and control valves while stroking the DCS to confirm the field orientation.
