About Cole Berman

I have more than 9 years of experience in client and customer facing roles, supporting both the public and private sectors. I joined Peak in 2013 to support the delivery of our contact centre operation and rapidly advanced into a team leadership position. I have proven instrumental in growing our customer base over this time by instilling a service excellence culture. As team leader, I held operational responsibility for the various functions and activities of the contact centre, including training, development, motivation and service performance. I played a critical role in managing the relationship with Peak’s clients, as well as refining and executing the business rules, policies, standards and procedures within the team. My leadership capability and client-facing service ethic have been duly recognised within the business. As a consequence, I was promoted to business projects with greater levels of client facing responsibility. In 2018, I was seconded to a 3-month project to support a key customer on site in Mackay, in capacity as Deputy Operations Manager. In this role, I exercised operational responsibility for the customer service team and led the integration of process enhancement to the service operation. In 2022, I was promoted to the Peak Recruitment team as a Recruitment Consultant to support growing business demand and utilising my experience to provide professional recruitment services for administration, professional and middle/senior management roles for councils across Queensland. I have international experience across New Zealand and Australia and previously lived in Sydney and now reside in South East Queensland. I am ambitious, client-oriented and bring a network of council relationships having supported them for nearly 10 years with Peak.
