I attended Greencastle Senior Highschool and South Putnam Senior Highschool, and got my Highschool Equivalency Diploma from the Area 30 Career Center in the Adult Education branch of the organization. I was employed at Taphouse Burgers for a short period of time but was able to learn quite a bit about how a commercial kitchen is maintained and managed.Having spent 10+ months in culinary university attending Auguste Escoffier University of Culinary Arts, and having been surrounded by professional chefs my entire life I have near perfected almost every style of cooking there is to offer, and can follow new recipes with little to no complications or mishaps. With my experience and passion in the culinary field, I would make a great addition to any team! Having spent over 2 years in IT Services, I have learned more than most in my time due to the team I was surrounded by, and my spearheaded nature of always wanting to learn and do better. I have learned a lot of the ins and outs of ConnectWise, how to create and manage projects, ticket templates, managing boards, client communication, and much more. I have great experience in scheduling systems, documentation and publication of those documents. Due to being in this field for the length of time I have been, I have obtained a great workflow and feeling of urgency to get necessary tasks done, and am able to adapt to changes very well. My greatest strength is most definitely my urgency and my curiosity on the most effective way to complete tasks. My greatest weakness being anxiety, does however play into my strengths as well. It helps me to keep a sense of urgency and keeps me on my toes in the event an emergency/urgent matter needs taken care of ASAP. Other strengths I have include client communication and transparency, willingness to learn and engage in new experiences, as well as my ability to foresee when certain issues may be a bigger problem than they may seem in the present.Open to opportunities and positive work spaces that can not only benefit me, but where a team/company can benefit from my skills and experience!
