-Led a volunteer team of 10 students to fairly distribute OCC funding to campus-wide groups and organizations. -Managed the Annual Budget Project, conducting 20+ interviews with heads of OCC organizations and programs. Was a key voice in discussions on how to allocate an equitable $1.5 million from a $2.2 million request.-Worked closely along OCC executives to plan Fiscal Affairs meetings and events. -Worked on and completed a project to incrementally increase the OCC College Surcharge.
