I worked closely with the Director Of Ticketing and Marketing Manager to collectively try and drive ticket sales. For Marketing, I was tasked with making graphics, and videos, as well as advertising our upcoming events. I went around Trenton and other local towns to reach more demographics to bring into our Arena. On the Box Office side, I mainly worked inside the Office making ticket sales. As a member of the Operations Team, I assisted the company in many ways. Before events, I aided in setting up the event. This included building stages, chair sets, and much more. During events, I ran ticket scanners, and as well as the box office, I also made sure the event went smoothly. Apart from operations work I also worked with the marketing team to promote the events that were going on.

I assisted in events for Men's and Women's Basketball. These include halftime events and timeouts. My team and I found fans from the stands and had them participate in shooting games and relays. We also set up merchandise, such as t-shirts, and direct the ticket booth. I was also a Bronc Buddy for our team's mascot. Bronc Buddies make sure AJ, (our mascot) can walk around the facility comfortably and safely.
