Cole joined Offerpad in 2016 as employee #9 to expand from their flagship market in Phoenix, to Tampa & Orlando. Cole wore a dozen hats as he directly oversaw the acquisition of thousands of homes in Florida; and as Offerpad continued to expand, Cole was the go-to to replicate systems and train new leaders on his success formula. The last position he held at Offerpad was National Director, Performance & Development where he led a team of 75 analysts and directors in acquiring 2,000 homes/mo., opened new markets, partnered with product team in developing their underwriting software, with the data science team in developing proprietary AVM (Automated Valuation Model), and with marketing on a project that incorporated market-level investment ROI performance into their target metrics.
