About Cole Davids

Henry ‘Cole’ Davids is a seasoned and self-propelled entrepreneur, visionary and 360 degree leader. His belief in inclusive socio-economic ideals is demonstrated in the diversity of endeavours he has embarked on in pursuit of those ideals; in the sheer numbers of people whose lives he improves daily; in his principles and his ethics; in his undertakings to contribute towards a better South Africa and the continental transformation towards a developmental agenda.Cole is the founder of Youth Unplugged and Co-Founder of the Pillar 5 Group whilst serving on the boards of a variety of private sector concerns, such as Tehillah Community Collaborative, PJ Safeguard Secure and the Growthsure Group. He holds a B.Com degree in Information Systems and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (Human and Social Studies) majoring in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.He is the founder of the Beyond Now Mentorship Programme which mentors youth entities from 20 different countries whilst being an African Change Maker Mentor covering around 20000 youth all over Africa. A regular of the radio airwaves, he has also been featured on SABC 2’s Drawing The Line and on an ETV talk show called EK SÊ. Nominated by Parable Magazine among the top 10 Most Influential Young Christian leaders in 2014 and celebrates being a proud Young African Leadership Institute (YALI) Fellow.He is currently a part time lecturer at Tsiba University and the National Project Manager for Tehillah Community Collaborative. He is also a Consultant to the private sector, civil-society organisations and government departments on entrepreneurship , development and mentorship.Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is an International Motivational Speaker and Life Coach and has delivered keynote addresses at Harvard and Oxford Universities abroad.
