ACCOUNT MANAGER• In this role, I worked predominately from a remote location.• Account management involved a variety of shifting responsibilities, most of which depended on bidwriting. In the capacity as a bid writer, I was responsible for researching and vetting bids. This entaileddrafting response proposals, communicating with potential clients and following-up with leads.• Received Requests for Proposals (RFP), which required me to tailor solutions for each client toconvert business documents into PDF format for submission.• Researched industries to create lead lists and developed sales and marketing literature, as needed.DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER• As the company transitioned to B2B, I was responsible for creating a complex digital marketing systemto compile leads and coordinate email marketing campaigns using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Skrapp.io,Salesforce, Lemlist and Excel.• As the SME for the digital marketing system, I support colleagues by troubleshooting and providedtraining for new hires.• Promoted to the B2B sales team, which included international sales.ROUTE MANAGER• In this role, I worked onsite at the Southport division.• Route management, involved the logistics of managing appliance contracts with Lowe’s HomeImprovement. I managed personnel, liaising with contractors and customers and coordinated thefulfillment of all contracts, equipment and products.
