During my tenure with the XRJ Foundation, a startup 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, I played a key role in advancing its mission to serve as a community center dedicated to providing alternative and supplemental STEAM education pathways. The foundation focused on workshops, events, community outreach, and creative spaces, with a strong emphasis on both technology and the arts.As Assistant General Manager, I was entrusted with a broad range of responsibilities that reflected both the role's demands and the dynamic nature of the organization. My key duties included:- Serving as the personal assistant to the Director of Technology, providing crucial support in daily operations.- Managing and operating the on-site audio recording studio and live performance space, ensuring high-quality experiences for our users.- Overseeing building renovations and maintenance, including custodial duties, flooring, painting, and the design and ergonomics of our spaces.
