These have continued to serve me well in my role as a Jr. Consultant at ISF and I strive every day to strengthen these characteristics within myself and grow them in others. Qualitative and quantitative data analyses, market research, client relations, team collaboration, excellence in the presentation and structuring of work products, and high adaptability and persistence in the face of ambiguity are skills one has to learn by doing. I have been continuously placed in a position to hone these skills and test them in a fast-paced environment. The most valuable element in any business is people. You can not accomplish anything without people, and they make our work worthwhile. Solving the future for and alongside exceptional individuals has become a passion of mine and I am incredibly excited to continue to grow as a consultant, in all areas possible, and build lasting relationships.
