Assisting with the creation of test specifications within NVH.• Operation of Head Acoustics software when acquiring and processing data post testing.• Component level NVH testing such as FRF Testing, Shaker Testing and Laser Vibrometry. Processing of data and communication with engineer requestor following completion of testing.• Vehicle level data collection such as Cooldown Noise, Tailpipe and Radiated Noise tests. Supporting on-track testing. With post-processing and subsequent report.• Muffler and resonator exchanges for on-dyno vehicles.• Instrumentation of vehicle with needed testing equipment such as microphones, tachometer. Calibrating microphones in Head Acoustics software before beginning testing.

• Supporting Dyno, Modal and Structural Frequency NVH Testing.• Learning NVH and Testing Fundamentals.

• Assigned to locate and confirm inventory of machines located in the plant, with a goal of identifying records and machine manuals.• Completing a list of required critical spare parts for machines throughout manufacturing plant.
