I am the only person that builds/renovates boats on a lake in southern Illinois. I am self taught and enjoy my work. I make sure every detail is perfect and stems from my passion for building boats. I have had an average of two clients, each summer, for the past 3 years. My clients are appreciative of my work and the word travels around the lake. This passion turned into a small business. I was hired by and previous client to build a floating dock. Exactly how my boat business spread, my dock business has done the same. I build one dock for a new client each summer. My businesses go hand-in-hand and I consider them to be my full time jobs as it has kept me busy in the previous years.
