With a passion for high-performance training and community building, I serve as the General Manager at MADabolic, where I lead a team dedicated to providing premier interval-based strength and conditioning programs. My focus is on delivering an unparalleled experience for our members, helping them achieve peak physical fitness through structured, high-intensity workouts tailored to build both strength and resilience.Before joining MADabolic, I was a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Tallulah Falls School and held roles in sports performance for minor league and Olympic-level athletes. My career has allowed me to work with athletes across multiple levels, including time as a strength coach with the Miami Marlins and supporting five Olympic teams at the University of North Georgia.These experiences have honed my skills in program development, client relations, and team leadership, allowing me to bring a results-driven and community-focused approach to MADabolic. Whether coaching athletes or guiding fitness enthusiasts, my goal is to inspire strength and empower each person to reach their full potential.
