Assisted in budgeting funds and scheduling fundraiser events

-Worked within DPR's Knowledge Management team whose main responsibilities included maintaining the company's intranet as well as updating best practices to keep employees safe on job sites.-Conducted research on Modern vs. Classic SharePoint and the added capabilities that Modern SharePoint gives organizations access to.-Carried out several rounds of User research with hundreds of different DPR employees working in a variety of roles and locations around the country. The main goal of this research was to uncover the pain points for DPR employees while accessing the company's intranet. We employed the use of interviews and surveys to better comprehend the problems users were experiencing as well as developing potential solutions for these problems.-Immersed in several new software platforms including Miro, Dovetail, and Power BI-Prepared and presented my research to the DPR leadership team
