Enriching children’s lives while supporting Special Needs Educators ignites my spirit & renews my purpose in this wild & wonderful life! I am also a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, who loves to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone. I specialize in teaching Hatha, Slow Flow, and Chair Yoga, both in studio and outdoors, as well as online. I use breath patterns, movement, and poses to promote mindfulness, flexibility, and balance, while also having fun and encouraging students to let go of expectations and celebrate their individuality. My mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for people of all ages, sizes, and genders to learn, grow, and connect through yoga.
