I am responsible for managing and leading a team of 110+ sales representatives from large Universities across the Southeastern and Northeastern United States. My company designs, prints, and manufactures customized clothing and other collegiate-themed merchandise for 1,500+ chapters, clubs, sports teams, and philanthropy organizations throughout the country. I was personally responsible for securing over $100,000 in total sales volume through my agency relationship with the company. I held accounts with 15 various clients whom I regularly maintained a relationship with in order to retain their business.

My role consisted of selling off-market real estate directly to a large and diverse network of private and institutional investors. Private financing opportunities were often made available in any of my transactions, I regularly would offer short term interest-only loans to my clients. I was responsible for selling 16 properties, accumulating just over $1,800,000 in total sales revenue under my brokerage, serving both residential and commercial niches throughout Florida.

Licensed Realtor. I hung my license with Pineywoods Realty between my junior and senior year of college. I was able to source and refer a $1,000,000 transaction to one of my associates upon joining the company.

Helped run the weekly operations of a non-profit meal donation service during my time in college. A good friend of mine brought this vision to life, we would partner with various Greek Chapters around campus and even local businesses to pick up excess food leftover at the end of the day and hand deliver this food to local homeless shelters. I handled pickup, dropoff, and was also responsible for discovering and courting new donors.
