  As a Client Ownership Advisor, one of my greatest responsibilities is to effectively execute all Capital Auto Group outbound service development campaigns and retention efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Director, I communicate with customers who've engaged with our campaigns by responding to initial email & SMS service messages in a timely manner and ensure continuous follow-up by email, SMS, and phone until a service appointment is scheduled, or until their needs have been satisfied.
