Oversee all plant projects from design to start-up. Design new systems and modify existing systems that are necessary for plant operation and to meet customer demand or expansion. Schedule all needed outside contractors, detail contractor scope of work, and be point-of-contact for contractors on-site. Oversee all material procurement for projects.Write plant SOPs, determine appropriate PPE, and train personnel for new and existing processes. Determine daily schedule and manage employee hours to ensure customer needs are met while maintaining costs within budget. Work with company EH&S group to ensure all regulatory requirements are met. Maintain on-site regulatory documentation and up-date as required.

Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, purchasing, and customer service. Built supply chain department from ground up. Developed and implemented a raw material management system. Instituted finished goods picking system to increase ERP database accuracy. Worked with IT Department to develop and implement automated raw material ordering.
