Hi, I’m Cole! Early on in my career, I spent years as a music journalist; interviewing bands that passed through our college town and writing features. I had always dreamed of working in skateboarding though and in the summer before my senior year I got to intern for a skateboarding shoe company. It was so much fun and I learned so much. While still writing, I moved back home to Minneapolis to try and land a job as a journalist for a local publication. Struggling to make a living, I worked as a busboy in various restaurants in the area. The host of one of the restaurants asked if I wanted to work for Apple, she had just landed a job there and thought it would be a perfect fit. I interviewed and after hours of talking I fell into the Apple ecosystem, where I still work today. Every day I help customers select products to help them succeed both personally and with their businesses. I have helped Apple achieve and exceed its goals for multiple quarters in a row and help my team of 30 people do the same. I am involved with the training of new-hires as well as on-going training with the sales team. I also have extensive troubleshooting experience with iOS, iPadOS, WatchOS, macOS and Windows as my job title of Pro requires me to wear many hats.
