My varied interests have led me in several directions within the professional world. Here are some of the realms where my passions have taken me!Forestry and Natural Resources:Having been brought up in the broiling environments of the Coachella Valley, I dreamed of living in a forested landscape complimented by fresh air and flowing water. With knowledge of climate threats and human depreciation of these landscapes, I had become certain of my desire to work in the field of restoration and broader forest management. My academic achievements at the School of Forestry in Northern Arizona University are evidence of these ambitions, as I am on track to attain an accelerated master's degree in May of 2025. Alongside fieldwork with land management agencies, I hope to return to academia and instill the values of land stewardship into new student cohorts. Creative Writing:While still something of a fledgling writer, I have long held my creative pursuits as something to be achieved alongside my professional career. I am currently working toward completing a multitude of literary projects. Film and Screenplays:In partnership with my longtime friend Daniel Ramirez, we founded our amateur film making studio Low Expectation Productions, where we engage in passion projects of our own making. In pursuing these passions, we have been able to develop multiple screenplays and proof-of-concept footage with the assistance of good friends who support our vision. In our current and future projects, we aim to empower beginning and aspiring actors in building their portfolio through our small, community focused films.
