I am a second-year student at Simpson College majoring in health and exercise science. With a strong foundation in exercise physiology, nutrition, and health promotion, I am committed to leveraging my knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in the field of healthcare. Throughout my academic journey, I have cultivated a deep understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and the principles of exercise prescription.In my previous role as a Rehabilitation Technician at MercyOne I honed valuable skills in physical therapy techniques, patient care, and equipment management. I am currently on the lookout for internship and entry level roles in physical therapy or fitness.
