LNC provides animal nutrition and development services. Our services are related to the production of animal feed and mineral with a focus in custom nutrition. My role as an operations superintendent requires me to be in tune with the corn and ingredient market in order to acquire and produce product efficiently. I manage daily operations of the third largest feed mill in Texas. I am responsible for a team of production workers and CDL drivers. I have significantly improved the quality of the safety culture and compliance with OSHA standards at our facility. I am passionate about creating a profitable, efficient, safe and customer-centered environment.
