Mr. Luong has exceptional experience in planning, designing, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and reporting at a project and program level. Mr. Luong has been focused on automation, testing, and managing mobile/web data collection, air traffic control applications and infrastructure implementation & optimization in Agile and Waterfall environments. Mr. Luong has performed as a Test Architect and Manager creating detailed Integration & Test strategies for large-scale system integration and infrastructure implementation and optimization programs. Mr. Luong has created and executed detailed test approaches for functional (manual & automated), integration, systems, performance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing. Mr. Luong is currently holding a public trust clearance supporting the Census FiMA Contract specifically on LiMA/MCM programs as a Test Automation Architect. Mr. Luong has developed a desktop automation solution utilizing UI Vision to implement Robotics Process Automation (RPA) for the LiMA/MCM programs.
