As a Senior Account Executive with Brooksource, I focus on developing partnerships with Health Insurance/Healthcare Services clients in the St. Louis, MO area. We partner to deliver on technology initiatives at all phases in capture, proposal, and delivery lifecycle. These technology solutions include contingent labor, managed services, in addition to our niche consulting programs, Elevate and Project Patriot, which address associate-level and veteran workforce talent gaps. Customer management and support internally and externally to ensure customer expectation and company commitments are met including processing of customer orders, problem solving, general customer service and managing of all new product launches and/or changes to a customer product portfolio.Oversees/coordinates all aspects of customer projects and serves as the project leader between clients and internal departments.Ensure that all purchase order documents comply with established processes, policies, and procedures.Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and internal departments in performance of duties. Communicate routinely and effectively with Purchasing, Scheduling, Production, Quality, and Sales departments to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met.Communicates with customers on status of orders, shipments, project updates, production schedule dates and any changes.

In charge of coordinating and managing activities during the purchasing process, such as creating purchase orders, monitoring transportation and invoice creation and follow-through.

• Worked in complex warehouse, counting, labeling, and staging bulk pharmaceuticals• Gained experience in supply chain management, while dealing with inventory levels, purchase orders, as well as customerproductivity.• Handled and analyzed complex documents involving production lines and profitability• Gained proficiency skills in the computerized inventory system; Ross as well as Excel while monitoring product flow andplacement throughout the warehouse
