With 9 years of experience in the access control industry, I am a Training and Event Manager at ProdataKey, a Utah-based company recognized as one of the state's top 100 fastest growing companies for 9 consecutive years. I began my career at ProdataKey in the production facility before transitioning to the support team and then to the sales team, where I excelled as a New Partner Development Manager and Partner Success Manager.My experience with our installation partners has been diverse, beginning with the production department where I learned quality control, attention to detail, and introductory learning of the basics of access control. My time in support polished my access control knowledge as well as my customer-facing interactions.During my time in sales, I learned to build long-lasting relationships with our business partners by becoming a 'Partner Fanatic' at my core. I also learned important skills such as account management, proactive support, effective communication, and effective training.All of these experiences have prepared me for the skills necessary as a Training and Event Manager, as I train individuals both internally and externally, as well as managing PDK events to provide our current and future partners with the best experience with our award-winning access control platform.
