Responsibilities: Administrate, procure, and apply or distribute information to relevant team members and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met on ground-up multi-family projects from bidding through closeout. Experience includes:- Preparation and maintenance of four (4) large scale multi-family commercial projects – start-up of two (2) simultaneously; largest project worth $90 Million- Creation and monitoring of logs for material/submittal tracking, submittal approval, RFI’s, contracts, change orders, permits, punch list, unit acceptance and more.- Scope verification throughout contracting with relevance to plans – searching for discrepancies and distributing updated drawings- Providing open communication to Subs/Owners/Project Team in order to identify/eliminate future price escalations and maintain project milestones- Update bi-weekly OAC meeting notes in detail and assign or invite all necessary attendees to measure progress and maintain project schedule areas of importance

Outline and define components placement, construct wiring, install entertainment lighting, and perform customization of LED wall graphics, with subsequent operation of comprehensive entertainment lighting systems.

Responsibilities included: The management of multiple on-site contractors, creation of contracts, and the preparation of project documentation through all phases of construction both on and off-site.
