• Helicopter Design - Part of the Integrated Design Team that prototyped a special mission hybrid-electric helicopter for DARPA. Performed the aerodynamic analysis of the rotor and fuselage using VLAero and MATLAB, and generated the government report on lift, drag, and vehicle performance. Completed multiple trade studies of various hybrid-electric components and performed analysis related to sizing of electric machines.• Conceptual Design and Layout - Performed 3D layout of prototype vehicle designs for white paper submittal to various government agencies. The work was for both fixed wing and rotorcraft as well as integration into ground vehicles for antennas and communications equipment.• LCAAPS Flight Control Design - Designed Additive Manufactured Fuselage section for AFRL Low Cost Attritable UAV. Designed Structural mounts for Canard section and Canard Control System.• Air Steed Design - Designed the landing gear and mounts for helicopter landing system.• MD500 Helicopter Modification Design - Performed shop floor installation liaison support of a modified cockpit for the MD500 helicopter.• UH-60 Blackhawk SATCOM Design - Performed the stress analysis in MATHCAD and generated the final stress report for the FAA Certification team. Updated the internal structural reinforcement components as required, and well as all final fastener layout models
