Daily monitoring of 150+ producing oil and gas wells. Daily monitoring of gas Nominations and adjusting flow accordingly to ensure production is met. Working closely with all lease operators with alarms and current status of producing pads. Daily monitoring of well declines with tubing pressure decline vs oil and gas production. Monitoring of all surface equipment on locations to ensure no abnormalities are seen and to help prevent any shut ins. Daily calls with pipeline companies to discuss any issues or supply any updates on current pads. Hourly monitoring of oil production against target rates to help ensure well is producing accordingly.

Pre job meetings with customer engineers to discuss and build job portfolios. Training of personal on offshore equipment and its capabilities. Ensuring fellow co-workers are safely doing and completing their job. Leading daily JSA meetings offshore and weekly safety meetings offshore. Ensuring daily log and all analytical test are ran and overboard water is within NPDES requirements.

Ensuring all offshore equipment lifting equipment is up to date to meet customers expectations. Rebuilding of training manual and giving training classes to employees on offshore equipment and its capabilities. Rebuilding of SOP and going over with employees.Conducting weekly safety meetings. Helping engineers with process flow diagrams and post job reports.Building a library with equipment binders. Making sure every binder was up to date with all equipment spec sheets, lifting certifications, certified weights, engineering documents and up to date P&ID. Helping in compiling information for customer safety audits.
