As a plumber at Comfort First Heating and Cooling, I work with a team of professionals to provide quality plumbing services to residential customers. I have experience in new construction and renovation plumbing, as well as drain cleaning and repair. I also contribute to the sales and customer service aspects of the business, by offering solutions, estimates, and follow-ups to clients.I started my career in the food service industry, where I learned valuable skills such as teamwork, communication, and time management. I was a kitchen manager at Chick-fil-A Restaurants, where I supervised and trained staff, ensured food safety and quality, and handled inventory and orders. I decided to switch to the plumbing field in 2017, and joined Robert Campbell Plumbing as an assistant. There, I gained hands-on knowledge and skills in plumbing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. I am always eager to learn and develop in my profession, and I enjoy solving problems and satisfying customers.
