I have always been fascinated with flight, space exploration, and advances in technology. Early on in my education, this interest has helped me choose a curriculum in high school, focusing on STEM courses. This foundation led the way to being accepted in the Aerospace Engineering program at The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). The coursework at UIUC, participation in The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) professional society, and the study abroad program at The University of New South Wales (UNSW) have not only confirmed my interest and curiosity regarding aerospace engineering, but peaked my interest. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from amazing teachers who have reinforced and further fueled my dream to excel in aerospace engineering. I have also declared a minor in physics at UIUC.
