I am a one man band as I am the only tech in my department. I manage five main clients (User count ranging from 5 to 30+) on a month to month contract basis. This position also does break fix for over 300 of our copier clients and involves troubleshooting of all types.Certified Sharp, Oki, and Lexmark technician. Some of these projects involve: Website hosting, DNS record managing and updates, Network troubleshooting and installation (Firewalls, switches, WAPs, cameras, phone systems, and more), antivirus management and installations, smart board and computer lab setups, hardware and software troubleshooting, windows server setup, management, and much more! It's really a question of what don't we do. The main hardware brands that I am familiar with are: Pfsense, 3CX, Netgear, Engenius, Ubiquity.Operating Systems: Most familiar with windows, but also work with UNIX based OS, mainly being Linux Ubuntu or Raspbian.Everyday my skills continue to grow, and I currently have my sights on Cyber Security. Current certs are A+, Advanced 3CX, and I am a certified Sharp technician
