An expansion created due to the success and growth of the ADC centre. Operating as a lead coach I’ve helped grow this centre also. In this role it’s seen me organise, delegate work and cooperate in a successful team environment, countering many last minute problems to solve on the spot.

A lead coach for 5 years at this incredible set up, where i helped the centre grow over 200% since being involved. During my time I was able to help grow children's potential, learn key social skills as well as seeing more female athletes getting involved and having the same opportunity.
