Manager of the Quality Assurance Program on board USS Jimmy Carter. Responsible for training and qualifying nearly 200 QA workers, inspectors, maintenance planners, and supervisors. Improved QA Program training and processes by conducting root cause analysis and corrective action assignment. Within one year of being appointed Program Manager, improved grades from Below Standards to At/Above Standards between the 2020 and 2021 QA Program Assessments. Resulted in being awarded the Navy Commendation Medal.
