As a project coordinator at Deighton Associates Limited, I am responsible for assisting the project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring various civil engineering projects. I have been working in this role for over a year and a half, and I have successfully contributed to the completion of several projects, such as road construction, bridge rehabilitation, and stormwater management. I have also gained valuable experience in coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, as well as in preparing project documentation, reports, and schedules. Before joining Deighton, I worked as a project coordinator and junior site supervisor at Astro Environmental, where I oversaw the environmental remediation of contaminated sites and ensured compliance with health and safety regulations. I also worked as a customer experience associate and secure desk operator at TD, where I provided excellent customer service and handled sensitive financial information.I have a strong educational background in project management and finance, having completed a postgraduate degree and an advance diploma from Durham College. I also hold certifications in Canadian investment funds and standard first aid, CPR, and AED level C. Some of my core competencies include problem solving, communication, team motivation, and time management. I am passionate about delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
