During this 5-week internship I completed tax returns for the tax years of 2021 and 2022. I was instructed to first complete the 2021 return as I would proforma it to assist with the 2022 return. I was also given a few details about some clients wishing to start their own business. Using these details I had to recommend what type of business structure they should use. i.e. Sole-Proprietorship, LLC, C-Corp, etc.
