I led technical projects from inception to production, manage APQP processes, and assumed responsibility for budgeting and scheduling of projects assigned. On a daily basis, I professionally interacted with customers, suppliers, and internal employees to communicate what happens on the floor and in the office.I worked closely with the tooling engineer to review customer designs, identify manufacturing issues, cost reductions, and quality improvements.I was involved in a large automation project to reduce labor of high-volume injection molded products. Ultimately, having a goal of completely automating these processes to ensure consistency, optimization and increased throughput. I used modeling and simulation software to design automation cells that utilized Fanuc robots, imaging and conveying systems for full automation capabilities. I focused on engineering these systems for robustness, efficiency, and material reduction, which ultimately lowers costs.I was involved in developing, maintaining, and publishing project timelines using available resources.

I worked alongside process mechanics in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical packaging. Learning to set molds, change material/color, maintain extrusion and injection blow molding machinery and troubleshoot blow molding processes.
