As a Squadron Flight Chief at the United States Air Force, I oversee the daily operations of the Aviation Resource Management (ARM) office, ensuring the effective and efficient management of personnel, equipment, and flying hours for over 200 aircrew members. I have more than 20 years of experience in aviation management, with a CCAF degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations and a Lean Six Sigma certification.I am a skilled and versatile leader, capable of adapting to changing environments and priorities, motivating and mentoring teams, and setting and achieving organizational goals. I have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as operational planning, program and project management, and customer service. I am passionate about improving the quality and safety of aviation operations and supporting the mission and vision of the USAF. I am also interested in exploring new opportunities and challenges in the field of forestry after my contract is completed with the Air Force.
