Leader of next-generation Identity and Access Management & Application Security solutions. I'm responsible for managing the enterprise Identity and Access Management & Application Security team and ensuring solutions and processes across the entire Cisco Customer and Partner Experience Business Group are successful.- Serves as a leader for IAM disciplines (such as but not limited to - Identity, Sign-On, Federation, Multifactor Authentication, Privileged Access Management, Directory Services, Role-based Governance & Administration, API Security, Key and Token Lifecycle, Identity Risk, Identity Threat Modeling).- Manage compliance to activities associated with Identity as well as governance cycles for privileged users, exit employees, high risk workers etc. Driving penetration of Identity & Access controls across the company- Provides effective communications to senior management, peers, teams, stakeholders, external parties as required and aligned- Fostering an understanding of the need for and application of the IAM system and facilitating decision making with the business users- Understand and anticipate security trends and technologies across the industry and proactively keep leadership informed of information security performance and security-related issues and activities- Manage the development of roadmaps in line with strategic direction and build plans for Privileged Access management teams.- Manage the execution, build and delivery of Privileged Access management roadmaps with complex and varied requirements through cross-functional teams.- Work directly alongside the team by providing code reviews to identify application security vulnerabilities, upholding development standards, and taking responsibility for design and architecture decisions- Facilitating the use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and implement products and services to provide a strong IAM program that balances access with compliance and confidentiality
