Usually, this demands more manpower. However, we’ve been helping them leverage AI to act on theft, incidents, or even potential accidents without having dedicated personnel to a wall of video, but also detecting a wide range of weapons, both metallic and non-metallic in real-time.

Led and coached our top Elite Channel Partners in the State of Florida on how to effectively communicate the way Motorola is revolutionizing how our customers can be proactive as opposed to reactive when it comes to the safety and security of their staff and clientele. As a team, we did this by providing Motorola solutions to complex problems which results in large enterprise projects with customers. The extended portfolio includes a vast array of sophisticated software, devices, and networks such as AI analytics, end to end security surveillance, both local and wide area communication systems, and much more.

Collaborated with Field Account Managers in the Mid-West to drive growth within key Motorola accounts in the Public Sector market. Together, we strategized on how to better position these customers to effectively provide first class public safety.

As a Sales Support Team Lead, I drove a team that provided territory aligned end-to-end sales support which enabled our go to market teams to sell more and spend more time in front of customers. Much of this position required oversight in ensuring that each team member was viewed as a valued resource and seeing they accelerated the throughput of business by proactively addressing and resolving issues.

Within this role, I prospected into underpenetrated public sector accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region and helped grow the business year over year. Each day, I demonstrated knowledge of Motorola devices, services, and software by recommending the best products that suited a given customer's needs. Coupled with this, I also managed all pre and post-sale support needs for direct sales and partners.
