I have been a branch manager of four Enterprise locations, over five years. I have led and trained a team of 8 to 18 employees to successfully manage growth driven, profitable business models. There have been multiple personal and team accolades along the way that have led to us being a very dominant force in our market in Mt. Vernon, Anacortes, downtown Belingham, and Bellingham airport in NW WA. Customer service, sales, and profitability awards have been a regular occurrence personally and for my team along the way. Being in the same region as Alaska, I have been ranked first place in customer service scores, personal and team sales records, and branch growth & profitability rankings, out of every single branch in both states on multiple occasions. My biggest strength and passion lies in developing the employees around me to become the best version of themselves they can be at work. Through proper training and keeping things fun at work, my team has been able to see great success in their personal careers, and at the branches that they represent. I worked with international affiliates (Ukraine and China) on collaborating for new projects, modifying existing ventures, along with day to day updates.
