Worked as a communications coordinator intern for the Salt Lake Bees, the Triple-A minor-league affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels, Assisted in all aspects of the team’s PR and media relations efforts. Aided in the creation and distribution of gameday materials for every Bees game, including game notes, stat packs, lineups, rosters, box scores, game recaps and more. Helped with the creation of game highlights distributed to local media in Utah as well as used on the Bees social media channels. Helped with the execution of the team’s media day before the season. Worked as a communications intern for USA Baseball, the national governing body for organized baseball in the United States. Served as the main press officer for three different events; the 2023 National Team Championships Arizona, one of the main identification events for the organization’s national teams and development programs, the 2023 Women's National Open and Women's National Team Training Camp, the primary identification events for its Women’s National Team, and the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) U-12 Baseball World Cup in Taiwan for the gold-medal winning 12U National Team. Responsibilities included writing stories and press releases for the organization's website and mailing lists, posting updates and content to social media accounts on Twitter and Instagram, and fulfilling media requests for various different outlets and people.

Worked as a member of Halos Heaven, the Los Angeles Angels website affiliated with SB Nation. Worked on a number of different story types, including game previews and recaps, news articles, analysis pieces, opinion stories, and more. Also was a featured guest on the Halos Heaven Podcast many times and helped oversee the Halos Heaven Twitter account that gained over 600 new followers in 6 months

Worked to write stories on various different beats for the Cronkite News: Phoenix Sports Bureau and Arizona PBS, including Health in Sports and ASU Olympic Sports. Also covered Spring Training for the bureau on the Texas Rangers beat in 2020 prior to the coronavirus pandemic.

Primarily worked on breaking news items, aggregations, and stories centered around interviews done with the radio hosts. Wrote about all of the major sports teams in Arizona, which included the Diamondbacks, Suns, Cardinals, and ASU Athletics.
